Machias Parking Ban
A parking ban will be in effect from November 15, 2025 and will remain in effect until April 15, 2026. This parking ban includes all town maintained roads, Water Street Parking Lot, Axiom and French Cellar Parking Lots, and the parking lot behind Machias River General Store.
The Parking Ban will only be in the above designated areas between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am.
The Machias Town Office hours except for holidays
- Mondays 9:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Tuesdays 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Wednesdays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Thursdays 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Fridays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
