ARTICLE 1: Elect a moderator.
ARTICLE 2: To see if the Town will vote to adopt a 180-day moratorium on commercial solar development.
ARTICLE 3: To see if the Town will vote to adopt a 180-day moratorium on commercial wind development.
ARTICLE 4: To see if the Town will vote to adopt a modification to the Machias Sewer Use Ordinance to allow out-of-town customers to connect to the existing sewer infrastructure upon approval of the Machias Select Board, and at the expense of the customer.
