The Town of Machias Board of Selectpeople and The Machias Planning Board will holding a joint public hearing at Lee Pellon Center at 6:00 PM to consider the new proposed ordinances and suggested amendments for the following:

1.  Proposed Medical Marijuana Ordinance

2.  Proposed Communication Facility Ordinance (cellphone tower)

3.  Amendment to Building Permit Ordinance

All interested parties are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussion.
